Q: How do I create a membership? 

A: Add the monthly membership, under the membership tab, to your cart. Proceed to checkout where you will be prompted to create a login account. Once you purchase the plan, you will have access to the monthly content tab. To login, use the credentials that you created when you purchased the membership. You do not need to repurchase monthly. You will have complete access unless you cancel your membership. 

 

Q: Do I need a Canva account to use the content?

A: No, you do not need a Canva to use the content. However you do need a Canva if you wish to edit the content. You can make an account at canva.com. Most of our images contains premium content which requires a Canva pro account to edit. 

 

Q: How often is there new content? 

A: New content is uploaded on the last day of every month. The previous months content will be replaced with 20 new posts.

 

Q: What kind of content is uploaded?

A: Educational, creative, informative, and aesthetically pleasing content that is specifically created for the esthetic career field. Services, techniques, products, quotes and sayings are some of the areas that are used in the creation of content. Examples of what is uploaded each month can be found on the home page.


Q: How do I download the content? 

A: To download the content to your phone, press and hold the image, and select “Save to photos”. The image will be in your camera roll and from there you can upload to social media. If you wish to edit the content, click on the content you wish to edit in Canva. The images are linked to a Canva template. You do need a Canva pro account to be able to edit most of the content. You can then download your edited content to your phone.  

 

Q: What is the refund and cancellation policy?

A: Cards will be automatically charged once a month when you sign up for a membership. Cancel at any time. No refunds.
